Well you nailed the "simple" hollow form, Bob! The wood is very interesting but not nearly enough so to redeem a poor form. Here it's just "the icing on the cake".

Smooth lines on this one, Bob. I have always liked the look of mesquite when others turn it. But, with the couple of pieces I have turned, it has not impressed with as much as have other woods. Obviously, it is me as it seems to be a favorite of everyone that has turned it.
