Auto Compress Text In Corel Draw

Hi we use both Corel12 and 14 so settings for either would be great. We have a customer that wants us to make some custom plates for a perpetual. He basically wants the text large, but wants it limit out at an inch. I have software like ColorByte for our color nametags that does this, but I need to do it in corel. I also need this to efficient since they want 60 plates made with 10 names on each.

Use the paragraph text instead of artistic text. Click the text tool and draw the size box you want it to fit in.

Select your text and use the node edit tool, you can drag the width of your line with the right arrow handle - spacing between letters is adjusted automatically
