Pen Kit supplier - slimline w/ Rhodium or TN finish?

I need to make about 20-30 pens as gifts for some dear friends who've helped my family in our hour of need.

So I'm looking for a good deal on some slimlines that have a durable finish. I think I would prefer a rhodium or TN finish. If possible I'd like to get some good refills for these too.

But I don't want to spend a ton of money either, since my financial manager (SWMBO) said we can't spend much...

I tried doing a search for pen kit suppliers on this forum, but that was an excercise in frustration. You can weigh in on my comment/question in the Forum Support forum.

Can you recommend a supplier that meets the above specifications, and that will deliver a reasonably priced product in the least amount of time?
