Ok, I just picked up my new Powermaric PWBS-14CS from Woodcraft today. I got 10% off, plus a free riser block and $250 credit from my other Jet bandsaw (which never worked right..) Anyway, I am still putting it together... I quit at about 6:30pm local time and it was STILL 96 degree in the shop...
My question is.... I did an initial check for the wheels being co-planer... the top/bottom of the lower wheel is perfectly in line with the bottom of the upper wheel, but the top was about 1/8" off.... I have done any settings or tensioning or anything like that...
Should I try to adjust that? or is that something that I have to wait till after the blade is tensioned? Or is that close enough??
I plan on finishing putting it together in the AM before it gets too hot!
