I turned a while back turned with a piece of Tiger Maple.
Sanded to 400x, and applied 6 coats of MINWAX Satin WOP and polished with Huts Ultra Gloss while still on the lathe.
Measures 6-1/2" X 2-1/4" with 1/4" wall thickness through out.

Super looking wood Les! I'm not a huge fan of Hi gloss finish, but the curl really pops with what you've done. If you lack the correct usage for this bowl...I have some M&M's that could use a good home! Nice to know your bowls look as great as your pens!

Thanks Jon,

With the WOP I waited 4-6 hours between coats.
