Used the Clicker Assembly From a Gold Longwood Click Ballpoint Pen Kit.
Brass casing and copper/aluminum projectile cleaned with liquid Brasso, polished with FLITZ and applied 4 coats of lacquer.
Pull the projectile out of the casing neck to access the refill.

I've got the 50 Cal. shells but I'm not sure I understand the click button on the firing cap end, would you explain were that came from. Also were do you get the slug portion to put the pen through.

Thanks Lupe,

Most of the pen suppliers stock what is called a Longwood Click.
I would post several inks here, but I think it is frowned upon.

Harry,
The Click Assembly is from a Longwood Click pen kit.
I get the projectiles from a local sports shop.
