Looks like it was used by folks that didn't give a darn about it.

I guess that make sense for where it's coming from, but what about the shop forman or boss?

Its a tool and its been used - big deal. Looks like very minor surface rust on some of the steel parts and otherwise not much use.
Those are very nice machines and I hope someone here buys it.
