Gluing Bottle Stoppers ?

Could use some advise concerning the type of glue to use for gluing polyester resing inserts into the top of bottle stoppers as well as gluing the stainless steel stopper into the bottom.

Not sure if CA glue would hold up if the bottle stopper is refrigerated.
