Made it last year. Perfect hight for me to use keyboard on top (Regular writing desks are too high and I hate keyboard rollout trays)
Cheap accuride slides sniped off ebay.
Dovetails cut with HF dovetail jig :)
Shellac+wipe on poly. Some crazy grain on drawer fronts!
Table top has "rock hard" finish - was very hard to apply due to dog hear everywhere and took too much time to polish to glass like surface. Started with 400 sand paper and finished with auto polish paste. Grain was sealed with lots of shellac scraped out. Ended up being very practical - no scratches or dings yet and no marks from spills after almost a year of heavy usage.

Very nice. I like the book matched top with subtle pieces on the outside. ANd I love the drawer fronts. That quilted look is amazing.

That is a fine looking piece of work. Beautiful wood and a custom fit is always a plus for a workspace.

The grain in this is absolutely stunning! I'd ask where you got it, but it probably came from some guy you met at the crossroads at midnight and made a deal with... (Robert Johnson joke, not being serious here, folks.) Gorgeous piece. Love the layout and design too.
