You certainly deserve the recognition for all the nice work you have been posting.

Congrats Steve. That piece really shines and breaks out of the pattern. I know I for one had to look at it a second and third time to truly appreciate the work and execution in it. Well done and again, well deserved honor!

Now I have to ask, where did you learn to turn like that? DVD's, hands-on classes, trial and error, etc... Curious minds want to know:)

Also, did you use a scroll saw to shape out the acrylic part and how did you get the acrylic so shiny?

Thanks Steve! Rather motivating to say the least. I was going to order the Cindy Drozda DVD but am not sure as to which one to get. One way or another I am going to produce one of those. Well done and congrads again on the turning of the week.
