Finally it happened - now I can move on

So yesterday I turned my first funnel... the bottom was a bit thin and as I was cleaning up the tenon on the vacuum chuck, POP! bad words were said and then I laughed at myself saying "well, you are a turner now, everyone must have turned at least one funnel".

Yup... I've turned a few that you could read a newspaper through! Also can be considered a design opportunity as you can turn a pedestal and create something entirely different than originally planned!
