Well, I'm not turning, but I'm going to observe it. :D
I'm going to my first symposium, and I'm really excited (but the old 'arn RAS I got Sunday, and John's new lathe / subsequent shellacking today may be contributing :D ). I'll drive up to Saratoga Springs tomorrow for Totally Turning, so I can be well rested for Saturday morning. I thought about bringing something for the instant gallery, but since it is my first, I think I'll just look. I have to go over the schedule tonight and layout a demo strategy, so I know exactly where to go without hesitation. :)
So, I know George G. is going to be there (he's doing a few demos), but are there going to be any other creekers there? If there are, I think we need an informal SMC meeting, with pics, of course.
