MAC2400.....Oiling ??

Hi Guys

Any MAC2400 owners out there can help me out. I just picked one up to replace my PC pancake which took a dump. The instructions clearly tell me to fill with oil before starting, which I knew I would have to do.

Question.....how much oil??? Manual is not very well written. Do I fill up to the red dot on the sight? When I pulled the oil fill plug, it appears that it has a dipstick attached to it, but there are no marking on it whatsoever

Mine has a sight glass on the side of crankcase just above drain. Ideal level is middle of sight glass - at the red dot.
