What is the best glue to use to make a glue up of solid surface material for turnings? I have tried medium viscosity C/A with mixed results. I found a source of S/S and need help

medium CA works fine - just clamp and leave for several hours, over night preferably overnight.

You might want to try the color-matched joint adhesive that the S/S manufacturers make. You can often find sellers on eBay, although finding a specific color can be problematic via auction.
