Do you have a digital camera or maybe a scanner ? If so, they usually come with photo editing software. You can even do it with Windows Paint. Just open the file and select "Image" and then "Attributes". Then you can specify the image size.

Good luck !

There is one called Photofiltre and another is IrfanView. Both are free and easy to use. Do a Google search to find their home page. I liked Photofiltre the best of the two. Didn't your camera come with any software?

Mike -

Microsoft Photo Editor is quick and easy and loaded comes with Windows. I use Adobe Photoshop Elements. Not free, but has some user friendly features without learning a whole new program.

Also try GIMP, www.gimp.org (http://www.gimp.org) it's like free photoshop. You will have to install the GTK toolkit which can also be found on the site.

You can get a free demo on internet of "Thumbs Plus" I really like the ease of use fo this program.. Worth a try for free. Just do a search of the name and you will find it.

I use Paint Shop Pro for all my picture editing needs but for simple resizing, the preloaded MS stuff works okay.
