y wifes day pen met with a car tyre the other day and did not survive very well.

New casting turned and polished to 12000MM then blue rouge and final buffing.

She is more than happy with th replacement.

Refill changed to a Quink gel writes like a charm

Thanks Les, yes one of my casting the last one was as well. I have not done any for a long time but getting back into it. All Marla's fault, even got some resin savers coming from Charlie. I have four moulds that I purchased years ago form someone on IAP and I also use conduit.

Been able to locate Alumilite also here but it is only the 16 oz packs. Have not found Simlar here at all

Great looking blank there, and the pen does it justice. Is that Alumilite or PR?

Your little woman should be proud of that one. That's really nice.

That pen has a nice shape and color. It should keep the wife happy till the next mishap. Nice casting as well.

If I were her I would just keep hiding them and tell you they got lost or stolen and then you'd give me another one. Great looking pen and the finish is fantastic.

I can see why she likes it. Really a classy looking pen and the blank is a beauty.
