This is a link to some pictures of pieces I've made this past fall. The lingerie chest I have posted before, but I just added some pictures of a coffee table I made for a young couple. They lived down the street from me. They stopped by the garage one afternoon and ask if I would make it for them, that they had been looking for a square coffee table with drawers and couldn't find anything they liked. So here it is, it looks a lot better than the pictures. I'm lousy at taking pictures of the things I make. Its 38 inches square and they wanted the drawers without any knobs so that they would blend in with the apron. The table is made from red oak, the top is quarter sawn red oak. Finish is Minwax stain, a mixture of several colors to get the color she wanted, with a coat of orange shellac followed by 4 coats of Waterlox sealer and then 3 coats of Waterlox satin finish.
