I bought this Grizzly chuck http://www.grizzly.com/products/4-Jaw-Chuck-1-1-2-X-8-TPI/H7820 (model H7820...I believe same as H6264, H6265, H6266, and H6267...all different spindle sizes). I actually love the chuck. Not issues...EXCEPT that I don't think that Grizzly sells jumbo/flat jaws for it. I tried jumbo jaws from another chuck that I have, but the set screws are not set at the same distances apart from one another.

The holes on the PSI jumbo jaws are a little over 3/4" apart, or 25/32.

The Grizzly chuck mounting holes are a little over 11/16 apart, or 23/32. Does anyone know of a set of jumbo/flat jaws that will fit on this Grizzly chuck?
Thanks.

Should be the Vicmarc VM 100 jaws.

I have four of the Grizzly chucks and use the Vicmarc VM100 jaws. It is a clone of the Vic.

Thank you Philip and Bernie. Looks like they are the "way to go". Unfortunately, I just saw their price. Any place to get them for a reasonable amount? Or maybe clone ones? Thanks.

I made my own for my VM120 from 1/2" aluminum plate. http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?156820-Homemade-Cole-jaws&highlight= BUT, I got the plate for free and the jaws are not milled on the backside, just bolted on. If you have to buy plate and depending on what you use for the buttons, I'm not sure how much price difference would be left for your time.
