Well, we went to Nashville and picked up my new lathe. It is a PM 90. Now I just got to "Cruz" it.:D It was built in 1963 so it is about 15 years older than I am. It's in the back of the pickup and we are cruising down 65. Before you get too excited, I am letting my wife drive. And I know, I know, no pics it didn't happen. But it did!

And you know, this is probably the first time it's been out of Tennesse since it was built in Mcminnville!

This might also be a first - posting a gloat while kicking on down the road - LOL! Just seems like if you can do that, you can climb back in the back at speed and just click off a few shots of it too? So, we're still questioning if you even got it or just cruising down the highway and wishing you had it in the back.

I wasnt sure what it looked like so I googled it, that is a very nice looking lathe, I love vintage equipment like that. Just for your info, when I googled it to see what it looked like I saw someone is selling the completely user manual for the PM90 on ebay for $20, just to let you know. Have fun with your new lathe! Oh, man, now I'm getting slammed on RANDOM threads! Hey, stay with the program.

I turned something already!!!!!!!!

David, congrats, and let me know what I can do to help you...ahem...Cruz it up. Hehe, that's classic. Maybe calling pimping your lathe, Cruz, will be as synonymous as Thien is to dust collection. :D

Maybe being too lazy to do anything useful for the day will be called "Mike'ing" :p

"Yeah, I was totally beat from watching the game, so I just Mike'd it the rest of the day..." :D
