Lupe, Honduran Rosewood Burl must have been a struggle with that fill as well as the Mesquite however they came together smoothly, you presentation is excellent.

Two fine Pens. Well made Peter.

Lupe, the rosewood is really nice, but that mesquite takes the show! Really sharp.

For me that Rosewood burl is my favorite, the character in that wood is incredible! Bottom line is that they are both very beautiful pens, you did a great job on them both Lupe.

Edit - My 500th post!!!!!!!

You are making me jealous. Our travels brought us Honduras where, naively I had hoped to score a nice Honduran Rosewood burl but it was not to be.
Your piece with the expertly applied finish shows off the wondrous nature of this wood - superb.

Nicely done, sir! I'm kind partial to the HRB, but they're both fantastic looking.
