A small madrone burl box. It is about 3" x 4". Nylands wipe on finish.

Nice box!! Looks like you did the "snap fit" on the box lid - looks like a high spot on the box tenon. Very clean work!

I used a Sorby beading tool. The lid is a slight friction fit. I can open it with one hand by holding the box and pushing the lid with my thumb.

Nice box Joe, I like the finish as well. I have attempted one but didn't have a whole lot of luck with the friction fit.

Neat box...wish you'd had another picture with the lid on... I enjoy making boxes & looking at others also..so I hope you make more
