Cyclone brace?

I've been using this brace for about a year now. I acquired a nicer replacement the other day so I decided to spit shine this one and see if I couldn't get my $4 back out of it. Scraping away the rust between the handles I found "Cyclone" on one side and "No. 150" on the other. I can't seem to find any information about it. Anyone ever hear of a Cyclone brace?
