Here is another one of my hollow forms in my ongoing quest to get it right. Cherry burl, about 5" by 3 1/2'. CC's welcomed.

Very nice Joe!! My only suggestion would be to add a radius to the base to add some lift. What kind of finish did you use?

Jim, I used wipe-on poly and Beale buffed. There is a slight radius on the bottom, but, it is hard to see.

Nice work, Joe. No criticism of the form... It's nice. The photo could use a few tweaks. I'd consider cropping it a little tighter, white balancing, and straightening the form so that it's truly vertical. It's a good looking piece of work. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful job Joe!! Nice curve and I like the lip contour. My only suggestion is to add a radius on the base to ive it a it of lift. That way it doesn't look like it plopped down on the table.l.like mine do!! What kind of finish did you use...really looks nice!

Nice work on the vase, love the color and the finish really shows it off. That tilted picture throws the looks of the vase off.

I agree with Dave here, but looks great.
