Record 311

I've got a Record 311 shoulder plane that has seen very little use since I bought it new back in the 70's. The blade has been lapped and honed but now that I have a Veritas medium shoulder plane I suspect the 311 will see even less use than it did before! If I decide to sell it what would be a reasonable price to ask for a plane in "better than new" condition? EBay prices are all over the map.

That would likely be for the complete plane. If you are including the box it might get to the high end.

Looks like they are not listed a lot on ebay. Found a couple current and a couple closed.

For those kind of prices it seems a collector may want it more than a user. Most users would likely go with LV or LN.
