Logo Re-creation Font Help

I am trying to fix this logo for a customer, this is the best she has. I have it almost done, but I am having a hard time figuring out the line of text at the bottom. I have run it through What The Font and Imagaro with no luck. Anyone have a good guess?

Matt, I ran it through what the font as well and for "Imaging Solutions Inc." it came up with "Tina". It looks pretty close.

This company's byline is "Imaging Solutions" and 'this' is the best they have?
Most likely, this is the best this person has.. Have her call the people that do their printing, and ask for the proper file.. Or charge them 'plenty' to reproduce it..

Turns out it was a Free font called Speedline. Funny that they didn't have a better font, but they told me the fonts for the top and bottom text.
