Depends upon the symbol you want, but they can all (eventually) be found through Google with "electrical symbol", "schematic symbol", etc.

Dean,

In Corel pick a font and start typing 3 followed by holding down ALT key + 0216 (numerical ASCII code for that symbol)

Dean - one more tip on how to get to extended character set in Corel. Under Text drop down menu go to insert symbol character (F11). This will bring a docker with all character for font of your choice. Scroll down to find one you need and click on "insert" at bottom or you can simply drag and drop it on the page.

Illustrator and Autocad users should check out codezebra.

I used to do inspections for machined parts and found a great font called Verisurf for all kind of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). It has diameter and a bunch of other useful symbols.

Pay attention to detail on panel tags. What you type, understanding it or not, could cost someone their life or serious injury.
