But I guess that's what I get for trolling around Craigslist.

This is listed as: good delta table saw, 10 inch, 3 phase,

183929

Um, ah, I know the picture isn't good and neither is my vision,
but everything I find with a LS-101 designation is a shaper.

If you look carefully at the seller, he perhaps owns a distillery. Before he takes you to see the saw, he lets you sample the other products. By the time you get to the saw, it is the best looking thing you have ever seen!

A table saw with the blade running horizontally. We also have a saw like that in the workshop, and in desperate times I have used it for ripping. (not recommended, and don't do it at home, and the hospital is 5 minutes from my workshop.)

(And it was a long time ago.)

(Now I've got brains.)

(Not always, but enough for knowing that seeing a blade flex till it almost hit the table is frightening.)

The seller doesn't know his table saws from his shapers, OR his Deltas from his Northstates. OR, perhaps he just got his photos mixed up. It's too often the case that some relatives selling the tools of their deceased family, know nothing about them.

"Uncle Clem should know! He's worked at the SAWFER MILL his whole life!
