Cutting sheet nylon?

I have a request to cut some small washers out of 1/16" sheet nylon. Does anyone have any advice as to how this stuff cuts? Settings?

Not too bad for cutting.
My settings for 1mm thick nylon are S45 P40 F5000 on my 60W machine - perhaps double the power as your starting point.
On softer grades of nylon the top corners of the cut may melt and round off a bit because of stray heat. A layer of transfer or masking tape solves this.
Nasty fumes - make sure that your exhuast is working well!

Just FYI
I ending up cutting this using 20s/100p/5000f. Easy cut, not the slickest edge though, but acceptable for the purpose.
