A little gloat. My sawfer is ready to go. Can't wait to use it.
Also, I picked up a scroodoo and a hammerwurth from e-bay.
I'll let you know if they work.

I wonder if that hammerwurth of yours would help me with this box of 10d Philips nails I picked up last week. BTW, is yours left handed or right handed?

A couple years ago we had a nice young lady working for us in customer service. She had a sawmill customer who was breaking teeth on the saws because he kept hitting foreign objects. She took care of him with one of our supertough grades of carbide.
After a month or so she still hadn't heard from him to see how the supertough tips were working. She tried calling a couple times but he was always out in the mill.
One afternoon she gets a call from him and the whole office can hear her getting excited. She gets off the phone, turns to us and says “The supertough tips just cut through a 12 penny nail without breaking. The customer is thrilled.” And then, without taking a breath, she said “What's a 12 penny nail?”
