Howdy everyone,

There was a package delivered for me today and I didn't even realize until Cheryl said "There's this big box with you name on it on the porch".

It's a type 15 #7 that I got from a buddy on another forum as they say....

The detailing that he did on this plane is amazing.

Can't wait to try her out this weekend!!!!

BTW...ya I know...it won't fit in the drawer so I guess plan "B" may be closer than I thought. I really didn't expect him to be done with the #7 this soon. I'm sure I'll figger out somewhere to store it. :D

Thanks for looking,

Terry

Pretty sweet, Terry. I think you're right...it's not going in the drawer. I'm sure droves of people will be along shortly with offers to help you store it. Enjoy the plane!

Hey, now that's a cruiser, Terry! :) Beautiful shape, by the looks of it, too. Let us know how you like it once you get a chance to take it for a spin!

I couldn't fit my #7 in my drawer either, until I turned it to go from corner to corner :o . I then fit my block planes and spokeshaves around it. Worked like a champ. Great looking plane BTW.

Terry,

You have a very nice collection now, so what are you missing?

John,

I think I got it pretty well covered on the Stanleys. Course I could get a #8,#2,#1 but I doubt I would ever actually use those. I think it's time to move on to perhaps a shoulder plane.
