I tried finding one quite a while back and gave up. Hope you have more luck.

Weird, in Several of my woodturning videos well known turners are using it and Love it, yet it can't be found at any suppliers I have searched.

I have seen one sitting on top of their 3520 lathe here so there out there to regular folks.

Unless they have been discontinued. :(

I bought the Sorby thin a long time ago when I could not find a C.S. one but would like to have a Chris Stott one as well.

I think when Chris Stott moved to Spain he stopped having them made. He is going to be at St. Paul for the 25th Sym. maybe he might have some there.

I have one that I acquired with my Woodfast lathe. It does work well but I cant say that it is any more remarkable than other thin parting tool that I have used. Keep them sharp and they all work well.

Oh I wholeheartedly agree there Alan, I have 5 or 6 parting tools maybe more I'd have to go out and count.

I'd just Like to have the Chris Stott one as well in my tool arsenal.
