Today was the sort of day that we have been waiting for in Western Virginia for months. It was warm enough to move my current woodworking project outside to work on it. We have been cold for so long that a special day like today should be noted and appreciated. Make sawdust. Will travel.

Here in the Denver area we had 63 yesterday and they're calling for 67 today. With full Colorado sunshine it's gonna be a glorious day. Which is good. The 15"+ inches of snow that's fallen since our last warm run in January can continue to melt melt melt....

We hit the 40's today near Minneapolis.

We think we are in the tropics.

I think I have my wife convinced to move to Virginia in about 12 years. Can't wait.

We are planning to spend about ten days in Virginia this Septmeber.

We plan to visit Colonial Williamsburg, Montecello and Mt Vernon, and D.C.

Is there anything "off the beaten path " we should see?

Thanks,

Bill
