Router Profile Help

I'm pretty new to woodworking and especially identifying profiles. I'm replacing some quarter round shoe molding for our bathroom. To match the rest of the house I would like to put the profile shown in the photos at the end of each shoe molding but am unsure what router bit I should use. I'm sure this is easy for someone since it does look like a simple profile (chamfer?). Thanks for the help, hope you can see the profile in the photos.

The end is clipped at 45 deg with the miter saw!
