Bought a 1" older resaw king via one of the "special offer" sales they used to have here. Paid well below retail price. +/- one year later, put the blade in my saw (I had purchased 2 of them) and it was very badly damaged and could not be adjusted for drift, too inconsistent, blade wandering horribly etc.

Called and asked Brian in CS about getting it looked at, he said send in and they'd look at it. Just got it back, re-sharped at no cost to me (other than shipping).

I didn't expect that 1 year + on a deeply discounted product.

Credit where credit is due... etc.

Looks like Laguna is starting to pay attention to customer service again. They had been getting slammed here pretty good over the last year or so over really poor customer service, it is good to see that come back and worth mentioning when it does!
