Small Walnut/Cherry ring box is 2.75x 6.75. Gold Dust enhancement. Small ring boxes seem to be popular and sell well.

Neat box, Dan. How did you apply the dust?

I used a small artist's brush. The dust is really fine, static electricity helps to give it a mind of its' own. It is fairly forgiving, but takes a little fussing around with it. Then to keep it in place sea it, I used rattle can lacquer.

Dan,
Very nice design and well done. Is the base a separate turning from the main part of the box?
Thanks for sharing your work.

Very nice, Dan. The dust definitely gives the box a whole new dimension.

Very nicely done!
Since I am new to this turning world - i have seen several people mention "selling" their work. Where are the typical places you would sell?

I sell by word of mouth and at a local art gallery.
