Has anyone tried to make or have plans for a tackless display rail?

This isn't srping loaded, as far as I can remember the rail is loaded with short pieces of round plastic that fall down and pinch the paper to the back.

182849Hey Anthony,
I made years ago182848, sure I got the plans out of a mag. Really, pretty simple. I'll try to add pictures, never done that before (am an old dinosaur-just ask my kids)182847

I don't know what I did, pics in middle of text- oh well. It's just marbles in holes, then ripped on an angle. Gravity does the rest.
