The Judging for the Florida State Fair Furniture Competition was this morning. This was my first time intering in the fair so I was in the basic catagory. I had three pieces intered. If you have won a firt place you have to compete in the masters devision.

My shaker 5 Drawer table took first place and best in show in the basic devision. My gun cabinet took first in casework catagory, and my small bonsai table took second place, behind my shaker table. All in all I took home 4 ribbons and basically swept the basic devision.

Next year I get to compete with the big boys, so I am going to have to step up my game :D.

I just wanted to share with everyone.

I like them all, but I love the bonsai table. If I had been judge that would have gotten first place.
