help needed wit hindges

I am making a door for a stereo cabinet and it will have tinted glass in it that weighs 34 lbs. the door will be about 80" x 24 basically a full size door the trouble is we don't want to see any hinges and like the European kitchen hinges that self close. I think the weight is a bit much for them though any idea what hinge to use or if I use 3 or 4 of them is it strong enough.

For that much weight you might want to consider a piano hinge. A piano hinge can be hidden when closed in the right type of design.
