We Scored

Bill and I scored in getting some box elder and sycamore today. :D Only got 9 pieces of it cause that is all that would fit in my S10. :eek: There is at least 25 times this much still there. Hope to get some more next week but this will keep us busy cutting blanks for a day or so and then there is the job of sealing the ends. :o Now I'm depressed, that's going to be a lot of work. :eek: Maybe we won't get anymore. ;) Ya we will, that's what the hot tub is for. :D :p

Looks like you scored really big! That is some good looking wood. Is this where you have been getting the wood for those box elder bowls you have been posting? Looking forward to seeing more box elder bowls from this.

Both are nice woods. If you get the sycamore just right you will get awesome rays. Box elder is one of my favorites as well. Nice score. You'd better go back.
