The Work Sharp 3000 that I ordered from HD arrived today. I did not think that would ever happen. Keep up the Good Customer Service that you have started HD.

Someone might have screwed up on mine. I got the shipping confirmation Friday like everyone else, but the tracking number still displays that the package has not been received by UPS. Anyone else have this issue?

Same here. A quick call to HD confirmed it was shipped and is due to be delivered 2/3/11.

Why?......

Perhaps there is more integrity here, but elsewhere in the past I've seen deals snapped up and resold for profit.

I got the same thing.

"A label for this shipment has been created, but UPS does not yet have possession of this shipment. Once we receive the shipment, the tracking status will be updated".
