Those are nice Allen! I like the contrasting lids, and you have a good form on both, but especially the one on the right, as the curve continues on the lid.

Very nice work on both. I agree with Roger, find the form on the right just slightly more pleasing to the eye. All in all beautiful. Kieran

Ha!! These are so cool!! I eally like the right one, but both are great!! How big/small are they and what finish did you use?

Diameter 4 1/2 and 5 1/4 " .
finished with mineral oil and Bee's wax. I to, like the lid form on the right the best. It came on and off the lathe many time to get that continued curve. Thanks for the comments. They also feel good in the hands.

Allan, nice work on these! While I like the one on the right better, as well, you should be proud of both - good tool control and a nice finish.

Allan - nice work on both of these! Nice that you turned the forms slightly different so that you can tell them apart!
