Originally I planned to have three down legs from my overhead main, but since four of my machines are clustered in the center of the shop, one of the down legs doesn't seem to be needed. The band saw is off in a corner by itself and gets its own pipe all by its lonesome.

That one drop to the main cluster is beginning to look like a totem pole with three branches already installed and about add a fourth. I can't think of any, but is there any reason why I shouldn't have so many pickups on one down leg?

Another issue: I had to use two "T's" rather than "Y's" owing to the higher vertical placement. I know Ts cause more turbulence and dust piles up in the opening when that branch gate is closed. But I can't see that as a real problem. It all gets sucked away when that branch gets used.

Everything is temporarily secured with screws and clamps so I can make changes.

I don't think it should be a problem, as long as each one has a blast gate you can shut. I think I would try to find a way around the "T's" though.
