Has anyone used or have info on the Benlen Rubbing Compound and the Finish Rub. Presently I'm working on shellac finish for a cabinet, and using their Benkol. Using it to cut the shellac allows the finish to flow out, eliminating brush marks. Using the same amounts of Benkol as alcohol from the big box, produces a much better off the brush finish.
But as with most of us, unless you can shave yourself if gloss, its just not good enough. Since this cabinet is a wedding present, it needs to be flawless.
