As the pitch increases from common to cabinet pitch , is chatter more or less likely?

I'm no tool guru, but instability creates chatter. If the blade holder (the plane itself) is able to hold the honed iron firmly in place under the wood it is shaving under the stress of the resistance it is receiving from the wood (which is directly related to the angle, shape, sharpness of the edge), there should be no chatter. If the iron itself is not strong enough, or sharp enough, or the wedge is not fit correctly, or it does not sit properly in the bed (etc) there will be a tendency for chatter.

I have molders ranging from 45-60, and I have not experienced chatter with any of them.

I almost forgot....what's cabinet pitch?!

Thanks for the input, John.

I guess I could have worded my question better.

When the bedding angle on a plane iron-molding, bench, etc, is increased from 45 degrees to 55-60 degrees, does the chance for chatter increase?
