Trend arishield pro sales?

Hi there folks from the turner forum! I have decided that I should probably buy an airshield and see that Packard has the pro package, ie airshield pro and an extra battery and charging cradle for $399.95. Offer good until 1/31.
Question: Should I jump on this or do sales appear on a regular basis? Is this sale about average to what I will find anywhere for a new product? Me, my MD and my respitory system appreciate all assistance!:)

Believe it or not, I got mine on sale at Sears and it was under $300 with an additional discount coupon. I would check there occasionally.
