Another box...

Here is my latest end grain box. This may be my favorite to date. :D The suction fit on this lid is fantastic. :D

The box is 2 1/2" in diameter and 2 5/8" tall. It is made from a very unexpected wood- hickory.

Dry wood, Jim. If you use green wood your box will distort and the lid may not come off or only go on in certain orientations. To the best of my knowledge the best results come from dry wood.
