I have an epilog 45TT. The Y-axis is consistently off the top by about an1/8". I talked to tech support and they said to calibrate the settings in the Y-axis and add about 100 to the number. It was at 156 and wont go past 200. It's better but still over 1/16" off. Any suggestions appreciated since tech isn't there til monday.
Thanks,
Tony

I am not sure about the TT model, but I assume its built like the EX with belts on either side of the carraige. If so, pull the crossbar all the way to the front of the machine, look and see if the rubber bumpers are touching the end stops in the same place, lt and rt, if one side is just off,its possible it may have jumped a tooth on the gear. if that's the case you have to manually force the belt to jump a tooth to get it lined back up. This has happened to me.
