I have no relationship with this business other than the fact that I just bought a motor from them, but I was really impressed with his prices and service:

I bought a brand new, in factory box, 5 horsepower 230V 1ph 3450 rpm compressor motor from him for $219 shipped to my door fedex. The motor is WEG brand, made in Brasil, SF 1.0, ODP compressor duty, NEMA 56 frame with built in thermal overload protection and start and run capacitors. It has a manufacture date of June 2010 and comes with a warranty. He had it on my doorstep within 5 days of my order. He has TEFC motors as well, but since this motor is actually for my compressor its exactly what I wanted.

This guy has the best AC motor prices I can find anywhere online, so I thought I would give him a plug. They are even better prices and specifications than Grizzly's Chinese motors.

Delta uses WEG motors in later Unisaws; they are a reputable brand. I like Brazil! Home of Invicta machinery!

Uh, you might need to upgrade your panel for that :)

What it is ONLY 563 full load amps at 460V, I am pretty sure I have a 1000A 460v outlet in my laundry room, however the over 3800 locked rotor amps would probably trip a breaker...

Time to install a capacitor bank and use reduced voltage starting:D.
