Delta Sold!

According to a letter from Fine Woodworking, Stanley-black&Decker has sold the brand and some facilities to a Taiwanese concern, Chang Type Industrial Co, LTD. which also makes tools and parts for Craftsman, DeWalt, Ryobi and Black&Decker. Some equipment will be made in America, some parts in China. corporate HQ will be in SC. How this will affect the lathes, time will tell.

Heck Ken , this might not be so bad,they weren't going anywhere being part of Black and Decker.You won't see Delta in sLowe's I'm sure.
