Does anyone know of a brand of detail sander that has buffing pads available for it? We have a need for this at work, polishing out headlamps with a specific compound (we already have this). Any help would be appreciated! Jim.

The Fein Multi Master has a polishing pad for rubbing compound.

I've used "Mirabuff" pads for my ROS along with buffing componds like rottenstone, etc. I know you are looking for a detail pad. I believe you could easily cut two pads from one Mirabuff disc. Homestead finishing caries them. They are made from a Mohair like material so the "bristles" (if I can call them that) do not mat down but keep standing straight.
